Justine leads Catalyst at Carat, a multi-disciplined group of communications, content, creative and technology specialists. Catalyst sits at the intersection of Media, Content, Commerce and Experiences. As Carat’s strategic innovation group, Catalyst is a spearhead for Carat’s pioneering agency culture - where ambitious innovation is valued as much as audience accuracy and media efficiency. With an extensive background in digital, media, creative and content, Justine works with Carat’s clients to redefine media through her command of convergence.
Prior to joining Carat, Justine founded marketing and communications firm, The Village Agency, in her native Australia in 2010. Previously, she was Business Strategist at Jack Morton Worldwide, where she was responsible for driving digital transformation and brand experience strategy for the agency's clients.
Justine has over 20 years experience developing and executing integrated campaign strategies across owned, earned and paid media for a range of clients, from start-ups to global brands. In 2016, Justine was named one of AdWeek’s Media All Stars.
