Aarti Bharadwaj is Vice President, Analytics, APAC at Essence, a global data and measurement-driven media agency which is part of GroupM. As Essence’s client analytics lead in APAC, Aarti creates learning agendas based on actionable, measurable objectives, and actively designs and executes new ways to measure and optimise marketing campaigns. The advanced analytics solutions she designs derive insights that solve clients’ business challenges, to enable the measurement of advertising effectiveness and efficiency in the short and long term, and to ultimately enable brands to make advertising more relevant for their customers. With more than 16 years of experience in consulting and research, Aarti was most recently Vice President at Publicis Media in India, leading its analytics hub to deliver marketing analytics solutions to consumer packaged goods, banking and retail clients across the world. Previously, she served as Vice President, Analytics at Starcom, as well as Director, Business Planning at Mindshare in India. Aarti graduated from the Indian Statistical Institute in New Delhi with a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Economics
