Neil runs the New Business practice at 360i, across all of their integrated disciplines: creative, digital, social and media.

 

Before joining 360i, Neil oversaw Assembly’s new business operations, working with senior agency leadership to develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and PR strategy.  In the two years he was at Assembly, the agency won over $1B in new business from over 25 clients, including a variety of Fortune 500 brands. Before joining Assembly, Neil was SVP, North American Business Development at BPN: IPG Mediabrands, and Managing Partner, Head of Account Management for Gotham, Inc.

 

Earlier in his career, before moving into Business Development, Neil worked at creative agencies like BBH, Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners, and McCann on accounts like MINI, BMW, Johnnie Walker, British Airways, American Airlines, Citibank, Denny’s, Apple, HP, and Ally Bank, where his work won two Effie awards. Throughout his career, Neil has been an integral part of teams that won Clios, Cannes Lions, and a Kelly Award. He also worked client-side at tech firms like Sun and Autodesk during his time in San Francisco.
