A strategist with a foundation in creative technology and design, Rachel has nearly a decade of experience working in and leading multidisciplinary teams to create groundbreaking new products and communications for her clients.
Since joining Deutsch NY, Rachel has amplified the output of the office’s digital strategy department and has delivered key new business accounts like AB InBev’s Busch brand. She also led and sold Deutsch’s first consulting project, shifting the agency’s output for a top three entertainment company in the business. Day to day, Rachel utilizes her strengths in strategy to oversee all digital and social outputs across clients like Sherwin-Williams, Green Giant, and PNC Bank.
Previously, Rachel worked at consulting firm The Upside in London as Strategy & Innovation Director on clients such as Adidas, Google and Kiehl’s. She has also held strategy positions at Made By Many, and is an alum of Deutsch’s LA office, CP+B and Mobelux.
Rachel is a regular guest speaker at her alma mater VCU Brandcenter, as well as Northeastern University and Hyper Island. In 2017 Rachel was honored as one of The Drum’s 50 Under 30 and one of Business Insider’s 30 Best people in advertising to follow on Twitter. Additionally, in 2014 she was one of Business Insiders 30 most creative people in advertising under 30.
