Beth brings a depth of worldwide experience in driving successful, business-building communications solutions for global marketers through cultural relevance and personalization, while creating collaborative, happy and driven teams focused on partnership, product, technology and results.
Beth is a seasoned business leader who has led full service, cross-functional agency teams for luxury and prestige accounts, with experience in managing holistic communication for a range of categories including Financial Services, CPG, Retail, Entertainment, QSR and Automotive categories with known marketers such as LVMH, Amex, P&G, Goldman Sachs, Nokia Tech, Keurig, Applebee’s, JLR, Ford and General Motors.
Beth’s many successes range from negotiating Joint Business Partnerships, maximizing deal elements for local market and brand level execution topping $500M and rolling out a global, internal programmatic platform for one of the world’s largest marketers. She’s was integral to building a new holistic media capability and business inside of a creative agency spanning 4 regions and 12 local offices, and launched learning academies, curriculums and reward schemas.  Beth is known for creating teams with leading staff retention rates.

To stay motivated and engaged, she mentors young professionals through She Runs It, takes Mandarin classes and attends Harvard Business School for further business and leadership education. She is a world traveler, a curiosity junkie and former speed skater.
