With over 25 years of brand marketing experience on both the agency and client side, Shoshana Winter is a digital marketing veteran with experience leading marketing for high-growth, disruptive and startup brands since 1996. Now as CSO of Vizeum, Shoshana is responsible for driving strategic leadership and collaboration across multi-agency teams, as well as driving the agency’s digital-first approach to client solutions. 

Prior to Vizeum, Shoshana served Executive Planning Director, Digital Integration, at mcgarrybowen. She worked across multiple clients including Verizon, Chase and Staples to develop strategic planning and processes that helped inform holistic campaign development across both traditional and emerging platforms and media.

In the course of her career, Shoshana has worked in a variety of agency roles on high-profile consumer brands such as Snapple and Ray-Ban. She joined the first wave of Internet start-ups in Silicon Alley as VP of Marketing and employee #2 of, the first social networking platform. This role led her to a series of client-side marketing leadership roles where she led brand development, consumer marketing and product design, including io, Cablevision’s interactive television platform, Optimum Online, its broadband service, video sharing platform (sold to HP/Snapfish) and file-sharing software Limewire.

Highlights of her digital career include four years as SVP Marketing for (sold to Amazon), the leading provider of spoken word entertainment. Shoshana's return to the agency world came in 2010 when she joined iCrossing as SVP, Strategy & Planning and led the agency's strategy, social media and and content marketing practices for clients including LG Electronics, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, DirecTV, ING Bank and Hampton Hotels, among others.
